When an order was not ready when a customer initially passed through the drive-thru, trained team members previously had to walk through the restaurant to deliver the order to the waiting vehicle.
The new automatic drive-thru window provides a dedicated access point, allowing trained staff to exit directly through the drive-thru window and deliver the order to the waiting customer.
